Guests must be at least 21 years old to book at St George’s Defence Holiday Suites. Bookings are available exclusively to eligible serving and ex-service personnel, their spouses, and dependent children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Yes, you can request changes up to 28 days before arrival. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, all changes are subject to availability.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. For arrivals outside these hours, please contact our office to discuss late check-in or early check-out options.
Guests must provide a valid photo ID, proof of eligibility (service ID), and a security deposit to cover incidental charges. The person registering must be the one staying at the accommodation.
No. St George’s has a strict no-party policy. Parties, functions, weddings, and events are not permitted. Breaching this policy may result in eviction and additional charges.
Bikes and surfboards are not allowed inside apartments, foyers, or lifts. However, secure storage is available for both surfboards and bikes.
A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking your stay. The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival to secure your suite or apartment.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
No, St George’s is strictly non-smoking. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside apartments, on balconies, or in common areas. A cleaning fee applies for breaches.
No security deposit is needed upon booking, however, a valid credit card on file is required at check-in. This covers potential damages, with keys issued upon check-in.
Limited parking is available on-site and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of a cancellation with a minimum of 28 days’ notice, a $50 administration fee will be charged, and the balance of the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is within 28 days of arrival date, the guest is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
